Part I.  What is MOV?
QuickTime (.mov) is a multimedia development, storage, and playback technology developed by Apple Computer. QuickTime supports video, animation, graphics, 3D and virtual reality (VR).
Apart from these terms, for most of us, using a QuickTime player to watch and control QuickTime movies could bring great pleasure. What's more, the new generation of digital cameras not only takes still photos with amazing clarity, but also records high-quality video in QuickTime format (MOV).
Then, when you want to play QuickTime movies on DVD player, or when you intend to distribute a QuickTime movie or video to a wider audience, what will you do?
While QuickTime files could not be played directly on DVD player, it is a good idea to convert QuickTime files and burn them to a DVD disc . Here we show you an easy way to have the job done in the following step-by-step guide.

Part II. How to Burn QuickTime Video (MOV) to DVD on Mac ?

Tools you may need:
1. QuickTime Player, MOV videos
2. Free download QuickTime MOV Video to DVD Burner

Step1. Add MOV files

Click ˇ°Addˇ± button to load QuickTime MOV videos or movies from your hard drive. Multiple video files could be added at a time. After the MOV video files have been added, they will appear in the main interface. Display the loaded MOV files by double click to choose the video file which you want to convert. Meanwhile, you can insert DVD +R (DVD-R, DVD+RW or DVD-RW) into DVD-ROM.
Note: The DVD-ROM should have writing and recording functions.

Step2. Edit MOV Files
You can trim and crop the added MOV files and adjust the effects before burning the videos to DVD on Mac OS X. You also can add or edit the DVD Menu of the QuickTime MOV files.

Step3. Burn MOV Video to DVD

If you don't want to add any special effect, you can start to burn MOV Video to DVD directly, there are 2 dvd disc style to choose:D5 and D9 (DVD-R4.5G" and "DVD-R9.0G")
